TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROMOTIONAL OFFERS AND PACKAGES
Availing The Service
1. Services can be availed with prior appointments only.
2. Walk ins can be accomodated strictly based on availability of procedure room & consutling doctor.
3. Due to unforseen circumstances, given appointment can be rescheduled at anytime . Our Patient relation executive will contact you to give the nearest available appointment.
4. Based on your medical condition,you may be asked to reshedule your appointment incase your consulting Doctor finds it unfit to proceed with the procedure.
5. Booking may be rejected incase a voucher is not presented at the reception for availing services bought through online agencies.
Refunds, Extention & Validity
1. Promotional offers once bought cannot be refunded.
2. Packages/ promo offers should be used within the validity dates mentioned on the voucher.
3. Extention can be granted incase of medical complications only . Supporting documents may be required.
4. In case of unavoidable circumstances/complications, if the user wishes to discontinue or terminate the services in between , Only a certain percentage of the voucher value will be refunded based on the services utilised. Management reserves the right to approve these application on exceptional grounds. iCARE mangement decision will be final.
5. Refund request should be supported by written application from the user.
Transfer Of Service
1. Transfer of complete package (promo offer) can be considered within 15 days from the date of purchase of offer.
2. Request for transfering a partially used package (derma related) cannot be accepted due to medical reasons.
